When you fill out a form on this site — our contact form or the Instant Roof Quote form — we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, phone number, email address, home address, a message describing your project, and (optionally) a photo of your roof or the issue you're asking about. We only collect what's needed to get back to you about your project.
Analytics & Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages get viewed, how people found us, and general traffic patterns. GA4 uses standard cookies and similar tracking technology to do this. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site; it is not tied to a real name unless you also submit one of our forms.

Children's Privacy
This website and our services are intended for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
Data Retention
We keep the information from quote and contact forms for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, complete any project, and meet our normal business, warranty, and legal record-keeping needs. You can request deletion sooner, as described above, and we'll honor that unless we're required to keep certain records (for example, active contracts or warranty documentation).
