Senco Home Services installs, repairs, and replaces seamless aluminum gutters for homeowners across Wilmington, MA, and gutters are one of the trades we've completed jobs for in town. For our full gutter lineup and process, see our main seamless gutters page.
We form each run at your house from one continuous piece of aluminum, cut to the exact length of that side of the house. The only joints are at the corners and the downspout outlets, so there are far fewer places for a leak to start than with snap-together sections.
Not every gutter problem means starting over. Loose hangers, a section pulling away from the fascia, a leaking corner, or a run that overflows because it's pitched wrong can usually be fixed. We'll tell you when a repair is enough.
Sagging, rusted, or undersized gutters do more damage the longer they stay up. Overflow soaks the fascia and soffits and lands next to the foundation. When the old system is past fixing, we take it down, repair any rotted trim behind it, and hang a new seamless system.
Fall leaves and pine needles clog gutters fast, and a clogged gutter in January is where ice dams get a head start. Guards cut down on how often you're up a ladder. We'll recommend them where they'll earn their keep and skip them where they won't.
One-piece runs formed on site to your home's exact measurements.
Placed to carry water away from the foundation, walkways, and plantings, and sized for the roof area above them.
Keeps leaves and pine needles out of the gutter between cleanings.
For older homes and high-end finishes. Copper weathers to a patina, wood takes a careful hand, and we do both.
Loose hangers, leaking corners, broken sections, and overflow, repaired so water goes where it should.
Water behind failing gutters rots the trim. We replace it and paint it to match.

We treat a gutter job with the same care as a roof, because a gutter that overflows ends up damaging the roof edge, the siding, and the foundation. Our own crews do the work, licensed and insured.
Our own crews hang every gutter we sell. Senco is based at 1150 Main St in Tewksbury, which shares a border with Wilmington, about six miles and ten minutes from Wilmington Center.
Water is a big part of Wilmington's map. The Ipswich River starts in town, the Shawsheen River runs along part of the Billerica line, and Silver Lake gives a whole neighborhood its name. In March 2010 the National Weather Service's Shawsheen River gauge in Wilmington crested at 10.59 feet against a 7-foot flood stage, a major flood. Gutters don't fix river flooding. What they do control is the roof water landing beside your foundation, and on ground that's already wet, keeping that water moving away from the house matters.
The town's housing adds its own twist. The census puts the median Wilmington home at a year built of 1979, and the two biggest building decades were the 1950s and the 1990s. An older cape or ranch can have fascia that's taken decades of overflow behind tired gutters. A 1990s colonial often has a bigger roof with more valleys, so each downspout has more water to move. We size the system to the roof, not to a standard kit.
Wilmington sits in the same 50 psf column of the state's snow-load table as Tewksbury, so the gutters on a Wilmington house deal with real snow and ice. We hang them solidly and pitch them so meltwater keeps moving toward the downspouts.
Tewksbury is home base. Here are the towns we cover around it:
One local crew for the whole gutter system: installation, repair, downspouts, and guards, with financing to pay for it.
Formed on site to fit your Wilmington roofline, with far fewer seams to leak.
Sagging sections, loose hangers, and leaking corners repaired, often without replacing the whole run.
When the gutters on a 1950s cape or ranch are past patching, we take them down and hang a complete seamless system.
Downspouts and extensions placed so roof water leaves the house instead of pooling beside it.
Fewer trips up the ladder in the fall, and fewer winter clogs feeding ice dams.
Pitched, hung, and sealed to keep water moving off a Wilmington roofline even with ice working against it.

We had an excellent experience with Senco. Chris was amazing! He was professional, patient, explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He always returned our phone inquiries. He and his workers went above and beyond our expectations. His crew replaced our roof in one day. Clean up was great. We also had Senco remove the ice dams prior to having the roof replaced. Once again, Senco's pricing was fair, the crew was hard working and responsive to any concerns we may have had. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.Elaine Levine · Google Review
Senco did many homes in my neighborhood. I recognized their competence, honesty and quality right away and knew I had to have the Senco team on my roof too. Very satisfied with all aspects of the demolition and installation which was quite complex. Replaced facia boards with AZEK, new gutters, and a new roof. Thanks again Senco!! Excellent job!!Jim O. · Google Review
Owner, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He always responded promptly to our questions and we always felt we were important to him. His crew worked so great together, like they never had to ask each other for anything, they just knew what was next. The job was started earlier than planned and everything was done above and beyond what one would expect. We would, and have, already recommended Senco Home Services to other homeowners and look forward to having him back to replace our old windows. Thank you, Chris, for making this an easy decision for us and for providing quality workmanship. Stephen and Melissa Spinosa in BurlingtonJenna Spinosa · Google Review

Gutter questions
The town doesn't publish a gutter-only rule, and its fee schedule has one value-based rate for residential building permits with no separate line for gutters. For a gutter-only job, we confirm with the Building Inspector's office at 978-658-4531 before we start.
Wilmington has a lot of water running through it. The Ipswich River starts in town, the Shawsheen runs along the Billerica line, and the Shawsheen gauge in Wilmington crested at a major flood level in March 2010. No gutter stops a river, but on wet ground, roof water dumped next to the foundation has nowhere to go. We size and place downspouts to carry it away from the house.
Often, yes. Wilmington's biggest building decades were the 1950s and the 1990s. A 1950s cape or ranch may still have narrow sectional gutters and fascia that's taken decades of overflow. A 1990s colonial often has a bigger, more broken-up roof that sends more water to fewer corners. We measure each roofline and size the gutters and downspouts to the water it actually sheds.
Most seamless gutter projects in our service area run about $3,000 to $5,000. The price depends on the size of the house, how many linear feet of gutter it needs, how many downspouts, and whether you add guards. We measure and give you an exact number for free.
Sectional gutters come in short pre-cut pieces joined together, and every joint is a spot that can leak. Seamless gutters are formed on site from one continuous piece of aluminum cut to the exact length of each run, so the only joints are at the corners and downspouts.
